Looking for Donations

A Motorcycle Ride from Townsville to Broome WA and back is being put together by Townsville Custom Cycles (T.C.C.), to raise money for the ACT for KIDS Charity in memory of the recently fallen Defence Members in Afghanistan.

T.C.C. was inspired by the fact that we recently lost and had come back injured from Afghanistan customers who had been fighting to ensure that we can ride our bikes without fear of ternary, allowing us to ride our bikes where we want, when we want!

We feel it’s time to give back as a Group to something that is dear to our hearts, Children! Matt Lambert’s (Sniper from 2 R.A.R. K.I.A.) partner Ellesse was heavily evolved in the ACT for Kids Charity, hence the link for the Ride. Matt was killed in Afghanistan in 2011.

We have a number of Ex and Serving members that will be attending along with T.C.C. customers and friends that appreciate what these men and women have sacrificed for their country to allow our freedoms.

We will leave T.C.C. on the 2nd of June at 8am and head to Broome stopping along the way raising money for the ACT for Kids charity. We will return stopping at alternative stop over’s the trip will take 17 Days Total. We will be contacting the Camber of Commerce for the stop over points along the way, so that we can get together with the people of the townships to establish the ethos of the ride, and raise Money for the charity.

We have already had coverage in the Army, Northern Services Courier and the local Radio Station’s.

We would hope that your business would be able to donate to the ride, any amount would be appreciated. We have Major, Minor sponsorship packages, for those packages, sizing of painted names on sides of the support trailer, and T-shirts is available. Donations are able to be given of any sum; all will be received with gratitude.

We are well aware times are tuff and hope that the fact that you can do your leisure activities with out fear of persecution and live free of Tierney might stimulate you to give in appreciation of what these men and women have sacrificed to allow you to do what you do! The Children will appreciate your donation greatly!

For your donation we will paint your name on the sides of the Support Trailer (Two Bike) towed by the T.C.C. Ute. T-shirts will be involved in the ride with the Major Sponsor on them!
